He is an active Florida real estate broker with an extensive background in Property Management and Information Systems.
He has over 20 Years of Property Management and Information Technology experience and has held a variety of roles, including Director of Operations and Director of Information Systems for real estate organizations.
Tom has served in key roles that have helped bridge operations to information systems by leading the design, build, and conversion of multiple Yardi Voyager instances and parallel integration of systems.
He has led efforts in the initial startup of two national contracts with FirstService Residential to manage high volumes of REO assets and single family homes. Tom’s experience includes management hiring, training, new office startups, business process definition, and client communications to meet the demands of an aggressive ramp-up that evolved to manage over 40,000 assets.
